Digital Cameras don't do well with Yellows and whites

Lets start a thread to prove them wrong.
Post any yellow and white pics you can find.
Dedicated to Miss Theresa (tilde531) who is suffering badly with slipped discs!

Cheer her up with some masterpieces!

Very nice orchid shots, Ian. Don't think I could do any better than that. Wish Theresa our best!

Each weed is perfection in its construction. Surely not a weed but a perfect flower.

Looks like you have my grasshoppers family around your house!

I got several more 2 days ago! To me this creatures are a masterpiece of design and artwork. I was intrigued both by the delicate "necklace of beads and the seemingly amazing inflatable pads on its feet. On flat surfaces they were gone but when needed for traction seem to "Inflate" somehow. I would really love a macro lens to get sharp, more detailed photographs of this fabulous creature. Maybe one of the "wild life experts could explain some of the salient points of a grasshoppers body parts!

Slipped disks are painful and heal slowly. Just last week I had a cortisone injection in my back, better now.

I would gladly suffer if I could get down low and make superb photographs like these fantastic shots, Brilliant comes to mind.

Thanks so much for the photographs. Made my day, Theresa is sleeping but I will show her them in the morning!
