The Burrowing Owls are back

You tend to not miss something until it isn't there, but when it returns you're a happy camper. Well the Burrowing Owls are back and are always fun to photograph. the close-up seems to be saying "yah, I'm talking to you fellow." The best thing is this pair is only 20 feet from my blind (car).

Beautiful. The expressions on the faces in your first image are priceless. These little owls are on my bucket list for sure. Thanks for sharing.
