I think the final answer is going to be a sigma 120-300 2.8 on my new 5dmkiii. With a sigma 1.4 TC. Does the Sigma TC autofocus with the 5dmkiii. Thanks

That is a somewhat good question ...... It is supposed to - very well - but I would not be afraid of trying a Canon TC - especially for the purpose of better AF.
