The best for which Outlook is useful is transmitting virus and malware. Use an email client such as Thunderbird. It's free and works well, especially filtering spam.

Not quite what I meant. If you install it on multiple devices you can indeed use it on any one of them. But you're not supposed to have two people using them at the same time on different devices.

I also subscribe to Office 365...well worth it...and also an office expense.
