Look lower right. Its a big-ish space; not meant to be a 'where's Waldo' sort of deal.

Maybe it's my monitor but the photo looks like just another average photo. Not bad. Nothing great. But the download shows that it's a truly stunning photograph ! WOW ! Well done !

Thumbnails don't show the image at it's best. That's why people like to use "Store Original".

Since joining this forum, I've been dismayed by the (dull, drab, lifeless) thumb version of everything I've posted. Whether that's a function of the algorithm used to 'downsize' to thumb view from the actual (as in 'store original') image, or its a result of the color space I prefer to work in (sRGB, which all of my software preferences are set to, monitors are calibrated for, printer is set up to handle, etc.), I simply don't know. I see this same discrepancy with other's images as well. Speaking for myself here, when I see any image here --whether in the gallery section or elsewhere-- that interests me and that I want to look at for real, I always look at it in download mode (if possible). Can't imagine why anyone else wouldn't do likewise.

I found your friend.
I went to the download and with my mac I can expand your photo to fill my screen. As I did I felt that I was standing with you taking in the view. An outstanding picture and experience.

The small photo appears rather dull, but when viewed in download, the photo really pops. Anyone who doesn’t view the dl is really missing something--nice work! I did find your friend.

It isn't the photo issues, it is how far did you have to hike to capture the image, I have been all over the four corners region, never came across something like this, love the effort, enhanced in Photo Shop or Light Room would probably make it a great shot.
By the way, when I have hiked these regions mainly looking for petroglyph's, I photographed Indian rock art and dinosaur foot prints in the same area, foot prints directly in front of the art wall, I also document a Mastadon petroglyph down in Moab.
