Interesting shot, there's a lot going on for such a few people in the frame. Very strange writing "WHOLEY" on the traffic cones.

Wholey (pronounced "wooley") is the name of the fish market across the street.

This photo really sparked a lively conversation. It is amazing the questions a seemingly simple photo taken in a parking lot could raise. The best part is that I think everyone learned something from it. I know I did. Good show.

Thanks everyone! BTW - the overexposure was accidental - I had to do some playing around in Lightroom to make the image useable.
