I wanted to buy one of these, but my wife was not enthusiastic. When she saw this one at a demo at a holiday show in South Africa she wanted one. We were so pleased with it we bought one for our UK home when we returned there.

The idea behind it is to reduce fat (oil) use so that you eat healthily........You can do a similar thing by adding a little water to a frying pan and keeping the lid on - shake don't stir -
Looking at what people use it for .....Guesse the 'healthy' bit got lost in translation.
-----It is the potato that increases your weight not the tiny bit of oil...most oil passes through you.....Your body converts Carbs into energy (if you work out) or fat (If you don't work out)
It doesn't really matter what or how you cook your food ....it is the amount you eat of one thing .V. work off that matters. Chips every night - chicken every night...????
Stop with the excuses (kit) start with the diet.

I weigh my food and track my macros in my current eating plan. The air fryer allows me to have some things I normally could NOT have because of all the extra fat. Fried chicken or air-fried chicken...........a no-brainer.........if I want chicken I can have it............ air fried.
