First Oriole of Spring (in my yard) and a Lesser Goldfinch

My first Oriole of the Spring in my yard. Late light, yard in shade so the light was only so-so. First shot through double pained glass door just in case - awful & deleted - this is part of a 20+ set of short bursts after I opened the door. Then I started putting on my flash and while I was doing that he left, a female came to the feeder, stayed about 30 seconds and left 5 seconds before my flash indicated a charge. So no shot of her. ISO ranged from 1000 to 2000 and I have concluded that at least my 80D doesn't handle high ISO as well as the 7DII I owned. I foresee a 7DIII in my future for my bird camera.
There is an Oriole feeder only 6 feet away but they like the Hummingbird feeder.
The Lesser Goldfinch is to show the difference after I had the flash going. Smaller bird, further away yet much better feather detail.

#1 80D, 100-400L mk 2 + 1.4x III @ 560, 1/320 @ f/8, ISO 1000 hand held

#2 all same but ISO 2000

#3 same but 504 mm, 1/250 @ f/11, ISO 400 with flash and hand held
