Hasselblad fff file extension software

I have a Hasselblad H3D II 39mp and have downloaded the free Phocus software on my PC and Mac mini. I can't seem to get the card to load to the PC and I it doesn't seem to have a tool for removing dust spots or healing on the Mac. Is there any other free software or purchased software out there for the fff. type files.

Your question is unclear.
Can you see images on the camera when you replay them?
Can you see the sd card or maybe a CF card on either computer(PC and Mac Mini)?
Focus has dust removal capabilities just like LR or ACR.

I can view the pics off the card on the PC but I can't make Phocus capture the images and load them into Phocus, all the command prompts for capture and import won't work, with the mac mini, I just can't find the command prompt the does the dust spot removal or healing, I can get to all the color adjustments though.
