Thought the colors were neat in this shopping district. I made it into a color sketch in Post Processing using Topaz plug ins.

Way over saturated and that mass of green at the top is distracting. I wonder what the image looked like before you used Topaz.

I applied the color treatment to give it a fauvism abstract cubistic painting look. So the over saturation and flattening of the images was intentional. From a pure photographic perspective, I completely agree with your comment.
