Any suggestions for really good training/online school?
CreativeLive.com has plenty. Ben Wilmore is great. He's on for free next week.
Have you looked at digital-photography-school.com?
Legendary photographer, Annie Leibovitz, now has a masterclass online. She's the first women to be named chief photographer at Rolling Stone magazine. If you like photographing people, this would be a good one to take. I plan on taking it soon as I do a lot of studio photography. It's $90 for a single class and $180 for access to all classes.

Depends on the subject. Linda.com has 700 photography courses. It is now owned by Linkedin, which is now owned by Microsoft.
It costs money monthly. The first month is free. Many libraries offer access for free.
Check your library's website for e-resources. I've been enjoying many of lynda.com (not linda) videos for free. This program is apparently "all over" as UHH's blackest has free access in Ireland and Islandgal in British Columbia
