Had just a couple from this week. My mind is mush at present so hope I didn't post these already. These are beautiful, but after 4 months, ready for icy trees to disappear until next winter.

I am going to enjoy seeing all the Palooza photos. Last Sunday night, March 18, 2018, about 20 of our church members were still standing around in the church parking lot. We had heard Sirens and seen rescue vehicles go down the road, but suddenly, a police car came speeding up in the parking lot to tell us they were about to life flight someone to Atlanta, about 35 miles east of us. I got my camera because I thought it would be a good opportunity to practice night photography. It was quite a show and I had fun trying out my new Tamron 18-400mm lens. It was bright - the helicopter lights were blinding. I could not see exactly what I was shooting, but I thought this photo was quite interesting.

Received a new lens today. Nikon 105 macro 2.8. Don't even know what to do with this, yet. Bought it used from KEH Camera. Wonderful piece of glass. Only had a chance for 4 photos.
