No Manual or original boxes.
Excellent condition.
I can include 2 or 3 CF cards if desired.
Less than 7000 shutter actuations (as of this morning).

Nikon 600mm 1:4G ED VRII AF-AS Lens
Has footplate for Wimberly BH-400 tripod head. Rear and from caps.
Excellent condition.
Comes with Kinesis Photo Gear pack
