Recent Moon photos with detail...
Here are some recent Moon photos that I took through my Dynamax 8 SCT telescope.
What can one say except fly me to the moon fab shots.
Thank you redpuma''' I get the scope out every now and then... I got into lunar photography a couple of months ago... I like to photograph a wide variety of subjects... the birds, the bees, the butterflies, flowers, music, festivals of all sorts, etc...; I also recently got into macro photography.
Thanks again.

I bought a macro lens last year but as yet can't get to grips with the minute DOF and the slightest. Movement makes everything out of focus but must try again.
Once again think your pictures for food for thought to aspire to.
I love the clarity of the moon photo's. What is your camera setup on the scope ?

I think maybe Neil Armstrong may have taken these pic's
Thanks gilbert... I used my Canon 40D with Live view and an external monitor for best focusing. I took several shots at different time intervals to find a quiet air-low turbulence moment, and also when the moon was at its highest point to reduce the amount of atmosphere to shoot through.

I bought a macro a couple of months ago... I had problems at first and came up with work-arounds and developed a technique for myself to improve my results. Thanks again and have a nice day.
