. so please help with my pic taking skills and I will leave my reef to you. i need help learning the art and tech of photo world. I have a canon xti that i got used so no software. with 3 lenses. they are the kit lens , but i got all this for $200. i need a software disk. Here is what i have for glass.....Canon 30-85mm,,,canon 18-55mm,,,quantaray 70-300mm,,, I know my XTi is only 10 mps but I dont think I will be around to need any better. So if you like saltwater reefs take me under your wing and teach me. and the reef is your's... Please help me learn to shoot some nature pics. i use the A/F for family pics but want to do more. And I'm realy sorry fo rbeing an ass but i had to weed out the week. my reef is my world and if any one needs help with saltwater i can do this. and can give advice on that. but i know nothing as far as taking pics. And if you can tell me how to post a pic of my reef, I will show it off . so help please. It took me 3 years to get a check and the wife works at crackelbarrel so i do not have alot of money to play with. i have about 10k in my reef. this was done over 30+ years. and I'M A master capenter. iuse tio make money. now I,m useless. To post a photo all you have to do is create a new topic or you can reply to a post and when the box comes up for you to type in underneath it you will see three long skinny boxes with a browse button next to them. To upload a photo click on browse. When the box comes up go to where the pic is stored on your computer and click on it. Then hit open. ONce you do that youll be back to the reply box screen again. Then hit send. Don't hit preview or your pic will be taken off the post. The board will automatically resize any photo that is larger than 800x600 pixels and depending on your internet connection it can take awhile for the board to resize a large picture. Hope this helps.
