Weeeelll, it was only about 40 degrees, windy, gray and cloudy at about 10:00 am on Sunday morning! We are from Iowa so the temps didnt bother us but was probably a big deterrant for most!

That explains that! We normally go there for two or three days in the beginning of June before we head down to the Outer Banks.

We were just there last weekend .... Looked at the weather and decided to leave at midnight to outrun that last Nor'easter. Boy am I glad we left when we did!

Thank you! Tried very hard to get my husband to pose in the stocks, but he refused! THAT would have been a photo I would display on my wall hahaha!

at that time of year were there any people dressed in the proper outfits for Williamsburg. Have been there many times and always enjoy working there.

Yes, all the workers were dressed in time period clothing....there just weren't many of them at 10am Sunday when we were there.
