OK, we've had 3 nor'easters so far this season and a 4th is planned for next week and on the 1st day of Spring no less! I took this during the 2nd blizzard hoping it would be the last of the season. It wasn't :(
So as I go out to get gas for my trusty snowblower and long for the days to arrive when I can sit on my deck slow cooking some ribs and brisket in the smoker while sipping away on a cold one, I share this photo with you of a snowstorm triple decker cone knowing that Spring is just a few days away

Global warming. Nothing it can't do. </snark>

I like your picture. Very pretty use of light.

Thanks. I was 4' with a wicked wind that night and so I just the camera (D7200 Tamron 18-270) on auto and then night settings and shot away until my wife told me shut the door to our deck or else. No talent involved, just dumb luck

One of my photography passions is shooting light standards. This has surpassed any that I've taken from around the world.
Great shot, and I'm jealous.

Very pretty - save it for reminiscing purposes this coming August when both the temperature and humidity are pegged at 87!

Wonderful shot - you have captured the glow from below in the snow

It's a pity that we don't yet have the technology to sequester ten, fifteen or twenty degrees of misapplied excess cooling and hold it for use in July or August.
