I'm loving it. I compared these to similar images I shot with my D7200 and a kit lens. No comparison. Very cool! I haven't even touched on the full capabilities of the camera yet, so I can only imagine how much better these will get with more practice as I explore the menu options. What a camera!

It is the glass that counts.Thats just my 2 cents.The camera is just a box some with more bells and whistles but if you put a 500 dollar lens on that box and you put a 2000 lens on that box And. n you tell me what box is going to take the better pic, that saying that you know photography.

This is my third posted picture with the new Nikon D850. I've been trying to capture a decent image of this model ship for a long time. The D850 made it easy ;-) Shot with an AF-S Nikkor 24-70 @ 48mm, ISO 100, f/11, 0.5 sec.
I also got my first gig shooting the Opening Day boat parade, ceremony and after-party at a local yacht club with the new camera. Wish me luck!
