Why? It means nothing like what you are thinking in their language or most others in the world.
I used to go through this with my students who had a hard time realizing that there are only so many sounds the human voice can make and there are bound to be words that sound alike and have nothing to do with each other across different languages.

Makes no difference, she would have sold more books in English speaking countries with a different title

That happens a lot with foreign languages and translations into English.
