We recently visited a local nursery, where I was hoping to find some signs of spring in living color. My search was richly rewarded. With the exception of #1 all were taken using my Canon 100 mm macro lens, 1/400th second, most at f/8, some at f/9, some at f/10 and all with auto ISO. Posting 10 images. Comments welcome and I hope you enjoy. Part 2 to follow soon.
Outstanding series Tom, congratulation on your new lens.

Beautiful series, Tom. I think #1 in a crabapple tree of some sort.

Excellent set Tom, love the beautiful bright colours.
Beautiful set, Tom, and think that our redbuds are several weeks behind yours.
Lovely and colorful set, Tom... nice to see some of your spring... can't wait for it to pop by me!
