My new DSLR can see into the past. I took a selfie and my camera produced a picture of my grandfather.

QUIZ FOR PROs (& for those who aspire to be): You & your camera are strolling along a seashore. It's an overcast day. Suddenly the folks sunbathing on the beach begin screaming & shouting. Startled, you look seaward and see a man drowning about 150' offshore. You are a strong swimmer. You can either save the man or photograph the event. QUESTION-- which lens and what settings would you use?

Does the drowning guy like crunchy or smooth peanut butter?

It could be all over by the time you change lenses. You should go with the one already on your camera.

I tried that--it works! It's adjustable, too. When I set the resolution on low I can see my dad.
