not trying to downplay your lens it is a good one but they are selling for $249. Adorama used,
new B&H $379, maybe lower your price a little and it will sell fast if I did not already have this lens I would make you an offer, good luck with the sale.

You are correct as this is the older NON-stabilized version of this lens.
The newer Stabilized version sells for $499 new.
