She is a pretty lady. She certainly would elicit a smile from me. The jar would also elicit a smile and more than likely as it did now, one big guffaw. Voss either your area is full of photo ops, you know where to look and are very observant, or a combo of both. I suspect that the latter is the answer. This one is definitely a keeper.

In this case, I believe it's just to titillate. It's happening during Mardi Gras, a time of reputed boob-flashing. But normally it's not the people in the booths that flash. Also, on this day it was somewhat cool and on the miserable side (very poor turnout). All things considered, it struck me as being out of place. (But then, that's what tends to make for an interesting photo.)
