They are scammers. Along with Jet, Abes of Maine, and others, they offer gray market merchandise for low prices then charge you extra for what comes in the box. If you don't want to pay their prices they hang up on you. They then flood review sites with favorable BS to up their ratings.

I didn't buy any sd cards in 2015, but I did buy 64gb XQD cards for $139 and 64gb CF cards for $89. I imagine a 32gb sd card would not cost more.
