When I shoot animals at the Cat Show, I usually try to get them while they're sitting out on a grooming table, or the door to their cage is open. Too often, the only shot I can has a person's appendage in the way. I tried to clone away this ladies hands but none of the results looked good. Ahhh well, just try to move the distractions into the background and highlight the cat, that's what I say.
The cat is an Oriental Shorthair.
This is an invitation for you cloning experts to download this image and remove the lady's hand from the cat, just leaving the cat. Please show your results in this thread.
I think you did an excellent job. What I see of her is not a distraction of the cat.

Thanks David. I've heard it said if you make something dark and blurred it can almost be overlooked next to a bright, sharp subject.

Darn people. Why can't they just wait on the cats like God meant them to and then fade into the background?

Nice job Russell. You have much more patience than I do. The repetitive patterns in the cloning process are what kept me away from this project, but I didn't see any way around it.
