Elements 10 Crashes - Help!

For the past week or so every time I go from "fix" to "organizer" Elements quits responding and must be restarted. The computer is running Windows 7 and is less than three months old. I don't believe I have any software that should conflict.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so could you share the solution, if you found it.

Yes, I know if I were using a Canon this wouldn't happen.

Hi,
I had a bit of trouble with Elements 10 ended up going to their site just reloaded it, went through to buy and put in the number that I bought it with seems O.K. now

I bought a copy of PSE Premiere Elements 10 at the end of last year (Photoshop & Video). I was recently experiencing difficulty opening raw files from my Canon and Sony cameras. The other night I uninstalled it and then re-installed from the original discs. It's running fine now. One other thing, check out Abobe's website & see if you're up to date on upgrades.
