I like #2. It is slightly brighter and the driveway looks much more attractive.

I would go with #2 as the exposure is better for the details.
#1 is good but needs to increase the exposure about 1/2 stop. However the roof on the garage has a little too much detail or black. If this is a RAW file perhaps backing off on the black would correct that.
While I was at it I would remove the toys from the lawn.

Both were shot with Sony a6000 at f:8 ISO 100 but different Lenses (Sony E 1.8/50 OSS and MC Гелиос 81H 2/50). What would be your guess?

to me # 1 is clearer, has more detail. I'd guess that was the better lens. That is about the best answer, not which is the more expensive one.

The Sony lens is a little bit sharper - and the other has slight CA.

All of those toys in the yard are very distracting to me. Nevertheless, I like #2.
