"Arsenal Camera Assistant" is a wireless control that works up to 100' from the camera. Has anyone tried or know someone who has tried this piece of equipment? I already have a wireless remote but this one allows you to see what you're photographing on your smart phone, which seems like a big advantage, if works as advertised.
I pre-ordered one, hope to get it in April. $185.

I do not have it and not planing to. If you are just thinking about a remote which allows you to see what you are photographing on your phone, there are already free apps for that for many cameras.
It puts entirely to much control to the camera and software. I like to do my own settings. vz
This thing is not aimed at traditional manual "old school" shooters. Instead, the target is those who enjoy and appreciate the smartphone capability and graphical interface, but can't get a camera with much more than a slow page after page menu system.
If it works, buyers will have the optical benefits of a DSLR coupled with the smarts, processing and connection of their phones.

Arsenal Camera Assistant is not just a "wireless remote" as you say that lets you see what you are photographing on your phone. It does pretty much everything for you, with the exception being the composition of your photo. It analyzes the scene, tells you what shutter speed, ISO, aperture, can do brackets for HDR, stack photos, does time lapse, etc. It does this through its AI, artificial intelligence, by scanning thousands of photos in its data base, then chooses the best settings for you. Its doing all of the work for you to take a photo except actually composing the image it for you. Here is the link so you can check it out to see what I am saying.
