Outstanding shots, Mike! Shows the power of the ocean. I am envious, in that, one of the assigned topics for my photography club is to do a back-lit subject/scene. Unfortunately for me, Ohio has no oceans.

Thank you very much Carlsue, I guess I am lucky, it's just a 20 minute drive over the hill to be at the beach. Now it's so easy, all I have to watch the surfers webcam on my PC and I can see if it is worthwhile to go and take pictures.
