Unfortunately there are people who want to go back to 1700s. BTW the rifles of 1791 don’t pose the problem that AR15 poses.

Yea tell that to all that died fighting off the British, the American Indians, and the people that died during the civil war, they used modern weapons of their time, with tat being said the Springfield musket, would be an era correct assault rifle.

Did we put our pants on one leg at a time? Some things are timeless.

With bayonet, of course.

the ar 15 or m 16 is not a real good rifle to fight with a bayonet attached its to short. But will work before using an E tool

None of those things had anything to do with the 2nd anendment, And BTW the Puckle gun was invented in 1722- a primative automatic weapon. The 2nd amendment had to do with an armed citizen m*****a, which the forefathers required to repel an invasion by a foreign power. . With regard to the AR 15. Ban them if it will make you feel better. All it would do is drive AR 15 sales into the black market. It Will not stop crazy people.

Yeah. True. I remember thinking that I hoped I’d never need to resort to the bayonet during that training.

Plenty of armchair commandos here will tell you the At-15 is a ridiculous toy not worthy of proper men.

Don't like the 2nd?

Do something to change it!

Yammering about it in the attic is not going to be a very effective mechanism towards accomplishing a constitutional amendment.
