The original Act seems to be still intact. What was added were the further definition as to what activities the Federal forces can used. It all applies to assisting in border control actions. From the reading, the Act itself was not repealed. But the functions of the Federal military were broadened. Caveat: I am not a lawyer.

Thanks for that speedy reply Stephen and the explanation. I have to do something for the lady wife right now and will check out the link later. It is good that the original act still stands and that I was misinformed or just didn't understand what exactly had been changed. Thanks again, matey and now back to the photography.
