I see you are from Telluride. I live in Snowmass Village. It is such a privilige to live in the Rockies and have a photographic feast to awaken to each morning. I never get over how lucky I am. I cannot imagine residing anywhere else.

I have lived in Steamboat, Durango and now Telluride for 18 years. Been all over these mountains. It's all great in the Rockies but you need to do yourself a favor and someday get to Telluride and the San Juans. Different here than any other part of Colorado. The fall is obviously the best time of year but you really do need to experience the San Juan's, especially if you are a photographer. Hope to see you sometime. And if you need a place to stay, I am Director of Sales & Marketing for a very nice hotel on the mountain. I have been know to give my photography friends great discounts. Neil
