but not "bluebird" blue?
I think it's the most beautiful shade of blue in the world.

we cleaned out 7 bluebird houses yesterday...
i guess i'd better put up the "for wrent" signs.

These are beautiful birds and namesakes for a couple businesses nearby. Great job BTW on the photography. We have The Bluebird cafe, with wonderful food and music. And my favorite...The Bluebird Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor featuring homemade ice cream. Whenever I see bluebirds, these places coming to mind.

Beautiful, sharp captures, Merry! I’ve never seen a Bluebird here. Blue Jays but no Bluebirds. The colors of these are so soft and pretty!

This bluebird looks more like a brownbird, but it is well photographed. Are the bluebirds going to be upset by the 'For Wrent' sign? They might think you don't want wrens to take over the homes.

Thank you James. I'm happy you enjoyed the bluebirds and that they remind you of pleasant eating places. I'd like to visit that ice cream parlor and get a bite of homemade ice cream.

I'm glad you enjoyed them, carol. Thank you.
This bluebird is a female. The male is more of a vivid deep blue, but he didn't show up. They usually are there together.

Lol. This bluebird is the female. The male is a more vivid blue but he was being shy that day.
They are usually there together. I think I'd better put up the "bluebirds only " signs! I found chickadee nests in 4 of the 7 bluebird houses
When I cleaned them out yesterday. Don built 2 more bluehouses and we are trying to decide where to put them. Sure hope we get some bluebird families this year. Thank you, sirius!
