I almost never check out what is in the links forum. Today, I am very glad that I took a look. This link that you posted has really caught my attention.

I lived in Oregon (Lake Oswego) for about 25 years. Have been all over Oregon, with many trips up and down the Oregon Coast. I have never heard of nor seen "Thor's Well". I love this sort of thing, and for me this is worth a trip to get some good images of "Thor's Well". Either this fall, to also shoot some fall colors, or next spring to include a trip through the Willamette Valley tulip and iris fields, with an added day at Silver Falls State Park.
