Almost - a bird shot to try and improve on in the future.
Among the birds I get at my feeders are at least 4 members of the dove/pigeon family that I have a positive ID on. Eurasian and African Collared Doves, Mourning Doves and Band Tailed Pigeons. I sometimes see all four types in the yard at once. I spotted 3 of them all feeding together under one of the bird feeders and picked up my camera and had time for one shot before they took off along with all the other birds - I suspect one of the area hawks cruised by out of my view. When they came back the Band Tailed Pigeon was not with them. The Pigeon and 1/2 the Mourning Dove are in focus. I hope to get a shot with all of them in focus and hopefully with the African Doves included. I have seen all four on the ground together when I didn't have my camera ready.
Band Tailed Pigeons are almost the size of a crow. Collared Doves are about 1/2 that size and the Mourning Doves about half the size of the Collared Doves.
