Who Are These People In This Painting?

This painting was hanging in our stateroom and I'm wondering who the people are in it. I'm sure they are famous, and I believe the blond is Marilyn Monroe, but don't know who the others are. My wife thinks the guy is Mickey Rooney since he had many pretty wives. Any ideas?

I am thinking the guy might be Charles Coburn. Never saw Mickey Rooney with a monocle.

Thanks all for solving that mystery for me. I wonder why the artist chose to add Marilyn squatting by the pool. That confused me. Maybe the movie will solve that one for me. Thanks again.
