Hover Fly in January !

I took this image back on Jan 11th of this year. The weather was so warm my Maple trees were budding & attracting various insects, one of which was this Hover Fly...Anyone else have insect photos taken in Winter?

Nice Detail and lighting. I'm doing the macro here in Lake Placid, just have to head down near the lakes where the weeds are still going strong as that's where the bugs are hanging. A light frost and lack of rain has left my yard bugless.
