What outcome will there be since ShutterFly bought LifeTouch?

Actually it was a stock buy out. LifeTouch ran out of money and didn't have the funds to upgrade their company after 80 Yrs. I have the opinion that Shutterfly was interested in purchasing LifeTouches client list.
