I don't get it. February has 28 days, so doesn't this happen EVERY year???
Lol, I think it happens every year except leap years!

The 823 Years Myth
If you own an email, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media account, chances are that you have come across an email or a post that claims an upcoming month has a very rare specific combination of days. A recent version goes something like this:
March 2019 will have 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays. This happens only once every 823 years. The Chinese call it “silver pockets full.”
The email is right in that March 2019 has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays. But this is nothing special or unusual. You will not have to wait another 823 years for the next time this happens in the month of December. Only 6 years later, in 2024, March will also have 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays.

I just heard that this February is the only month that will not have a full moon until 2574, or around there....
It is grand to be retired and have so much time on your hands ?
Me...............I have trouble remembering whether it is Monday..........or is it Tuesday today?
I don't have the foggiest idea what this is all about - the only day in the year that is important to me is my birthday, and this year I will be celebrating my 85th or 86th, depending on where you start from. (Never end a sentence with a preposition). When I was in high school, students were required to commit to memory two lists of prepositions, and so I did so with the first but not with the second, since I refused to commit to anything with the word betwixt in it (although I am obviously doing that now). Sad. Film and Kodachrome forever, and, as they say in Philadelphia: GO IGGLES!

A similar email came around several years ago about something special in July that wouldn't occur for some 800 odd years. The July in the email wasn't even correct for the year mentioned, and of course the 'event' would occur every few years anyway. I figured it was a way to propagate malware that wasn't working as desired. Greg.
I'm puzzled. Except for leapyear (good movie !) every February has 4 Mondays, Tuesdays etc. ? ! What am I missing ?
This image has been cycled through the 'net before and continues to be pure bunkem. February has 28 days which when spread evenly over a 7 day week requires 4 of each day. The last day of the month will always be the day before the first day. If Feb 1 falls on Thursday, Feb 28 will fall on Wednesday.

John, you are right - except every four years, there is one extra day ...
