Another fine presentation!
How about a little on the set up?

Here you go...

The background was burlap draped over a suspended rod.

The subject is on a table (obviously) and sits on a wood slice with wood chips around it.

The diffusers are homemade. I use 24" x 36" aluminum window screen frames and attach a single layer of Savage Translum plastic (medium weight) to them using white gaf tape.

The snoot is homemade from rolled black poster board. This allows me to customize the opening to get the light shape I want. It was handheld while I took the shot.

The side flashes were set to 1/4 power and the snoot was at 1/32.

Nice job. By the way, how does the stuff taste? There are so many BBQ sauces on the market you could easily pull your hair out trying to pick one!

Thanks! I have been a competitive BBQ cook for 12 years and I cannot recommend Kosmo's products more highly. I've used his rubs and sauces and have won many awards with it. In fact, he has a few world champions that use his products. Aside from all of that, he's good guy and it's a family business.
