Just wondering does anyone use it------- likes and dislikes.

I just purchased it a month ago. I am a LR/PS user exclusively. I tried NIK but found I wasn't using it much. I ran through 200 shots from a recent Colorado vacation. Did the initial work in LR and then sent the ones I wanted to work on more to PS and Luminar to compare results. I was able to quickly do things in Luminar that I couldn't replicate in PS (without spending hours).
Luminar is easy to use and can very quickly do some very nice create things with your photo. It also works well as a stand-alone (has a filter for RAW files) but will not do any cataloging like LR or Bridge. So far I am a fan but I have to admit, I like working on photos in PS because I understand what I am doing with each step. Some of the filters in Luminar are magic and you have no idea what is being done (and it is pretty darn good!!). For now I am going to use both Luminar and PS on photos I want to enhance (if I have the time) and see where that ultimately leads me down the road. For $59, I am ecstatic with my purchase. Download the free trial and watch NICOLESY 7 day free course (5-10 minute video each day) to learn it. Then if you want to buy, use the $10 off coupon she offers.
I used the free trial for a month, it was OK, but a very heavy memory hogger, it took 30-40 seconds to import a photograph, and about the same length of time to save/export it.
I won't be using it long term.
Great program. They had some issues with the initial Windows release, but straightened them out. Very sophisticated (and easy) processing options.
Download the trial and see how you like it.
I have been using the Windows version since November in stand a lone mode. The program is a work in process, they have made several updates close to their schedule. I like the image editing tools, the layers and masking work nicely to select different sections of the image to work on. Image load time could be improved and batch processing is still on wait list. I am still learning what tools work best for me. Jim nix youtube have provided some good incites on editing images.
