You may want to look into an i5 or i7 Surface Pro. Less than 2 lbs. Up to 16 GB RAM and up to 1 TB SSD.

I am looking for a new laptop/notebook. What I want is the lightest, smallest machine that I can find. All I want to do with this machine is run Canon DPP 4.6 to cull/delete photos with. I travel a lot, hence the weight issue. I often shoot 1500-2000 shots a day and usually delete 90% of them (this includes my wife's photos too). I am not interested in other conversion/culling programs. I like DPP 4.6.

I have a Dell XPS 13. Great screen good performer (when I bought it, current model is better).
