Need an ID on a Duck

My daughter photographed this duck on Lake Michigan and asked if I know what it is. My knowledge of ducks is limited to knowing a mallard. Usually google comes thru with an answer but not this time. I'm sure one of my hog mates will come to my rescue. Thank you!

Yes, Bufflehead ... Common, small duck, winters on open water on bays in your area. Nice capture!
