I took these in late Spring, 2017 in a vacant lot in Indianapolis. The common thistles were blooming. Not long after I had broken my ankle and was recuperating at home with too much time on my hands.

Nice experiments. I like thistles and related flowers too. Artichokes are mind boggling when blooming!

Nice set, Joe. #1 and #6 are my favorite. Not "in love" with the "blue" color attempt, nor the chain link fence, but good eye, non the less.
