This would be awful - but please provide a source other than an email poster. But it sadly wouldn't surprise me, since Donald is all about helping people - if by "people" you mean CEO's and billionaires.

If you can't make five bucks an hour in tips to equal the fed min for other workers, perhaps an employer change or vocation is needed. People I have met over the years do okay and some do exceptionally well...and none pay taxes on the whole amount they receive.
