Here is one more I missed last night.
Speaking of fabric. My wife makes beautiful quilts for wounded soldiers. Here are a couple of them. The groups that make these great gifts for soldiers purchase large amounts of fabric, which is the reason I sell my Mountain Majesty DVD and donate the money to that group.
You may purchase a DVD for your enjoyment and help the cause at the same time. Contact me at gailclowers@msn.com for details.

Nice quilts, Tooth...
Thanks RR
I see from your post, Tooth Maker, I may have a gold mine in the making. 10 years ago or more (memory not so good) my most significant other took an adult ed class on quilting. Little did I know, oh how little did I know, what was coming but I thought what a great retirement hobby after teaching highschool math all those years and sewing for the kids and herself, she had lots and lots of scraps. A natural combination, or so I thought, but not so fast Hammer. You see there is only certain ways to use scraps and a lot of thought and imagination needs to be put into the mix and match of patterns and colors. Tooth, have you ever heard of "fat-quarters"? If not consider yourself lucky, if so you know where I'm coming from. You see there is a huge need to sell the remnants off bolts of cloth that have no other commercial value. So they cut up the remnants and call them fat quarters especially made for the quilting hobby. Now we got to go buy a bunch of FAT QUARTERS that have mixable patterns and coordinateable colors and then cut them up into scraps. Just not the same as buying a good piece of wood and cutting it up now is it?
I shouldn't complain and I'm not. It's really kept her busy and HAPPY. Therein probably lies the real gold mine in the making.
All that being said, here is my post for the day.

Love them all, especially the Scrabble board and the baby in the drier. My son climbed into the washer once. I also have a granddaughter named Ashlyn.

Roadrunner, you shoot so many interesting things in Quebec that I would really love to see it some day. I'll probably never get there so keep posting.
