Not trying to be a downer, but if you check prices NEW you'll find both lenses available for way, way less than $200 each. A more realistic price will get you a faster sale.

Anyone know if these could be used on the 6D Mark II, or is there a different series of lenses made for Canon full frames? I think these are the kit lenses that came with my 6i.

Nope. Won't work on full frame camera.

EF-S are lenses for crop cameras. EF lenses are for full frame cameras but will also work on crop cameras.
