Check the size. If your panoramas are above 20MB they will not load.
I hope you find a way to post your images soon.

After editing and saving the final product in your chosen format, did you then save another version of the image as a .jpg reduced in size? This would give you a version that could be posted. Also, just in case you did not notice this, after uploading [choose file], you also have to choose "Add Attachment". Sometimes it is the size, other times it is the two-step process that stops the image from appearing in a post!
