Photos are not viewable

Hi took few shots with my nikon d 5100, i guess is complere RAW mode, i am able to see the photos in the camera display but when i transfered it to my computer, i not able to view the photos.the photos are unclear.
what shoul i do here?

Use the software that came with the camera (View NX2) to view them; it will process raw (.NEF) and JPEG files.

If you use Windows 7. Microsoft has the software for Windows 7, but do not include in W7 disc. Go MSN web site and do search for converting files from RAW. It will give you the file and install directions. Then you can see RAW in windos7.

Try Faststone for PCs only. Free, quick and simple shows meta data (mouse right edge) and some editing (Mouse left edge).
