have been trying the BIF thing for a few months now.struggle with the camera shake.going to try a few changes with iso ,ss etc..will post a few soon

I think the most important thing is a shutter speed as fast as you can get, even if it means bumping up the ISO way beyond your usual levels. And you have to be prepared for a much lower percentage of keepers.

Hi, really nice images. Could you tell me the settings that you used? I've been taking images today at 1/1600sec F.4 and still not sharp. Thanks

Thanks for the comment Steve. The first one was ISO 250, f8, 1/2000th. I think the others were similar. I often find that a shutter speed of around 1/1500th or 1/1600th is not fast enough. Another factor is the aperture; you may be better off using a smaller aperture - the sweet spot of many lenses is around f8-f10. Don't be afraid of increasing your ISO to get to those settings. Try some different settings and see what works for you. And post some results. Good luck!
